Are you driving across Funen and is it time for a meal? Then you simply have to visit the Café at Fjelsted Skov. Here, you can look forward to enjoying a delicious meal in a warm and welcoming setting. The Café is filled with cosiness and good food, and we always do our very best to make you feel at home. At Fjelsted Skov, we take pride in preparing good Danish food with plenty of flavour.
Whether you are staying overnight at the hotel or simply stopping by for a tasty bite to eat, you can be sure that our skilled chefs are ready to provide great service – and, of course, wonderful food. So bring your family or friends along to the restaurant. The cosy surroundings of the Café have room for both young and old.
From week 27 to week 34, the kitchen is open every day from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Evening buffet
Every evening, we offer a buffet from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. On the buffet, you will find, among other things:
- light fish dishes,
- several kinds of homemade bread,
- fresh salads,
- child-friendly dishes,
- hot dishes, potatoes/fries and sauces,
Our evening buffet is popular, so we recommend booking a table if you want to be sure of getting a seat. When you book, we will of course make sure that your table is ready for you and your guests upon arrival. Reserve your table here.
Something sweet
Between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm, we offer coffee/tea and homemade petit fours if you feel like something sweet.
You can also round off the evening buffet with our homemade pancakes in caramel sauce with vanilla ice cream – or, as something new, try our self-service soft-ice bar with sauces and toppings.
